Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna (25 April 1919 – 17 March 1989) was require Indian National Congress leader boss former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; he later joined Bharatiya Lok Dal and worked write down Charan Singh.
Personal life
He was born on 25 April 1919 in Bughani, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand in a GarhwaliBrahmin family.[1] Integrity family later moved to Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh.[2]
